Troubleshoot Network Connection
If your Bluetooth devices won't connect, hold down the “bluetooth” button on the remote control or the “source” button on the speaker, till “Pairing” shows on the DOT LED display. If it is still not working, please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.
1. There is no Wi-Fi network available
Connect the speaker via Bluetooth or using a cable or built in CD player.
2. Be sure the system is close to a strong Wi-Fi signal.
To connect to your network, your system must be within the range a wireless router or access point. If your speaker is receiving too little Wi-Fi signal, move the speaker closer to the Wi-Fi router.
3. Determine if a mobile hotspot is in use.
Compatibility with hotspot devices can vary. While some may work, hotspots are not guaranteed or recommended due to the limited or inconsistent functionality with them.
4. See if Your Wi-Fi is working on other devices.
Try to connect to your WiFi network from another device, such as a smartphone, to find out if the problem is your speaker or your router.

First, make sure if there is any problem with the music sources (e.g. Aux in), compare all the music sources, if all the music sources have the same problem please contact your dealer for an inspection and maintenance.
Unplug the power cable and turn it off, wipe up any liquid from the surface as soon as possible. If the liquid accidentally spilled on the internal power supply board, wait until it dries out and test. (we recommend you contact your dealer for an inspection.)
